AMX Mattel Photos

I was recently approached by a model car design company wishing to use my car as the basis for a new Mattel Hot Wheels car to be included in a special set of four 1969 muscle cars. I agreed and the below photos are a very small portion of the pictures taken the day the designers came over to photograph and measure my car.

As part of my compensation, I am to receive a letter from Mattel and IRT Design thanking me for the use of my car and confirming the use of my car by VIN. I also received a complete set of mounted photos and am to receive a couple of the new car sets when available.

Now the surprise .... I SOLD my car! I enjoy the hunt for project cars and the refurbishing, but after it is all over, I seem to lose interest in looking at the finished product. There are other cars I wish to experience, so I decided to sell my car. The complete car bio can be seen from the Project AMX home page.
